Spaghetti alla Nerano (Spaghetti with Zucchini)


How to Make Spaghetti alla Nerano at Home

Ingredients:

  • 400g spaghetti
  • 5-6 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4-5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 150g Provolone del Monaco (or another sharp provolone), grated
  • A handful of fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
