How to Make Spaghetti alla Nerano at Home
Ingredients:
- 400g spaghetti
- 5-6 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 4-5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 150g Provolone del Monaco (or another sharp provolone), grated
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
